Nov 2013 - The AMLE Board of Trustees appreciated the support from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire, LaCrosse, and Platteville for offering names of pre-service and new middle level educators. These individuals offered insights and desires during an AMLE conference meeting. It was refreshing to learn of both the ongoing and renewed enthusiasm for all that is best in middle level education. Thank you to Deb Pattee, Ann Yehle, Karen Stinson, and Tom LoGuidice for their ongoing support.
NOV 2013 - How exciting to have former Presidents of the National Middle School Association (now Association for Middle Level Education - AMLE) Jerry Adrian and Mike Dietz contributing to the 2013 AMLE annual conference. Mike and Jerry continue to be leaders in middle level education in WI and beyond.

Shelley Joan Weiss, WAMLE member will represent WAMLE and middle level educators at the 2014 Teacher of the Year selection activities.
